Stefano Collomb, owner and maître chocolatier, is the soul of this famous bakery-chocolate shop thanks to which La Thuile has obtained the prestigious “City of Chocolate” award. His famous “Tometta®” is now known and appreciated also beyond the Alps: it is a 350 gram chocolate made with milk chocolate, gianduia and hazelnuts from Piedmont, a specialty for connoisseurs.
