My name is Chiara and I grew up at the foot of Mont Blanc, I have always had the white of the snow in my eyes and that of the flour on my hands; the scent of apple pie (my mother’s) is home to me, the sound of the egg shell breaking on the edge of the work surface gives the rhythm to my days. In life I deal with numbers and calculations. With the same care I transform what nature gives me into good food.

Those same eggs and flour that for my dad are tagliatelle and ravioli in my hands become fragrant biscuits sprinkled with transparent sugar. Simplicity is my watchword. My ingredients are tasty on the palate and perfect to look at; but all together, mixed in the right measures, blended by my skilled hands, they take their most beautiful shape and their best flavour.
