At “Chiecco” with Anna and Paolo, it’s like feeling at home: an original and well-kept environment and the warmth of hospitality

Paolo and Anna, in their restaurant Chiecco, a mountain hut in one of the most enchanting corners of the area, manage to convey these emotions by winning over their guests. Served in a unique atmosphere, the dishes are the result of a careful selection of raw materials: homemade pasta, Fassone meat, Irish tomahawk ribs, New Zealand “pré-salé” lamb, venison and game, homemade duck foie gras and Monterosso anchovies.

Anna takes care of the desserts directly: hot chocolate flan with green tea ice cream and hot apple strudel are a couple of the specialties. The wine cellar is quality: Nebbioli, Barbareschi and Baroli; Chianti and Brunelli; Amaroni and bottles from the best Aosta Valley producers.
