Paolo Griffa brings the Caffè Nazionale back to life, a historic venue located in the splendid Piazza Emile Chanoux in Aosta. The project sees two main spaces: the haute cuisine restaurant, with a technological soul, faithful to the fil rouge developed by Paolo at the Petit Royal in Courmayeur, with a menu of creative haute cuisine and a celebration of the raw materials of the Aosta Valley and their seasonality.

The Pastry Shop, on the other hand, stands out with a special proposal that punctuates every moment of the day, from breakfast - with a selection of Specialty Coffees and international teas, a line of pastries, cakes and unique single portions - to Tea Time and Royal Tea Time, up to the aperitif with an original drink list.
