A white adventure not to be missed

In winter, in addition to alpine skiing (when you can’t use cable cars, gondolas and other lifts), the Mont Blanc area offers enchanting sports and movement experiences for all ages and abilities. Immersed in nature it is possible to do cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, magnificent walks, fat biking (wide-wheeled bicycles for snow) and ski-mountaineering.

The latter activity requires a little more experience, and it is recommended you ask the Alpine Guides for information. The most popular and scenic routes in the area are in Val Ferret, Val Veny, the Tor di Entrèves (in Courmayeur), the Petosan meadows, Colle San Carlo, and the Pont Serrand tracks (in La Thuile), and the cross-country ski piste by Arpy (Morgex). Wide spaces, clean air, relaxation, and landscapes. Alone, in contemplation, or with your friends.
