Morgex is an ancient village with a modern soul located at 900 metres above sea level. There are two castles within the municipal perimeter. The medieval Castello dell’Archet, located in the centre of the town with its imposing crenellated tower, and the Castle of Pascal. Located in the hamlet of La Ruine, it dates back to the Renaissance era and is embellished with majestic windows.

The vineyards that surround the whole town, are the element that make the landscape unique and from whose grapes the Blanc de Morgex and de La Salle, one of the most famous Aosta Valley wines, are born. Morgex is above all a place of relaxation, where you can immerse yourself in nature. The itineraries starting from Colle San Carlo are splendid. The two walks that lead to Lake Arpy and to Belvedere, from which you can enjoy a unique visit to the Mont Blanc range, should be remembered.
