Quality spirits, great professionalism and passion distinguishes this Aosta Valley company

In the village of Campodolcino, in Lombardy, the Levi family had already operated in the field of distillation since the beginning of the 1700s. Guglielmo Levi, towards the end of the 1800s, arrived in Aosta and founded his distillery in the village of Sant’Orso. Here he began to produce his grappa, collecting the grape skins from the cellars of the Aosta Valley.

In 1968 Guglielmo's daughter Natalina, together with her husband Cesare Rosset, founded the St. Roch Distillery in Quart. In addition to the historic grappa, the St. Roch also produces the Aosta Valley liqueur par excellence, the Génépy. Today, in a reality that is increasingly attentive to innovation, local raw materials and cohesion with the territory, the secrets and passion of the Levi distillers continue to give great emotion.
